Call Center Scheduler (Bilingual Preferred)

We are looking for two Spanish Speaking Call Center Schedulers with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to receive inbound calls from clients for our Paratransit and Mobility Management services.  Operating hours for our call center are 7 days a week. 

Essential Functions:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients assisting them in accessing our services
  • Using a multi-line telephone and multiple computer applications to make and process accurate reservations
  • Provide general information about Whistlestop's programs and services to callers
  • Create and maintain positive working relationships with Call Center team, drivers and other co-workers


  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required
  • Excellent customer service skills, including pleasant, professional telephone manner (call center experience a plus)
  • Computer skills, including Word, Excel and data base experience (transportation scheduling software a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
  • Ability to use analytical skills to make efficient and appropriate scheduling decisions
  • Ability to work 1-2 weekend days
  • Familiarity with public transit scheduling software is strongly desired
